The Foundation 1984 is the property of TVB Hong Kong; no copyright infringement intended. Song lyric is below the break. I obtained the translation using an Indonesian translation I found at YouTube, combined with Google Translator (hence feel free to point out my mistakes). Pinyin is from the Chinese Lyrics. Uploaded to both Dailymotion and Vimeo. I have a happier MV of The Foundation down the pipeline, but for now, I hope you can still enjoy this (very) sad MV... (if "enjoy" is the right word for that). Click this to watch the MV at my new Jianghu blog.

Heart Break (心痛)
by Dave Wong
Shen me shi ai shen me you shi wu nai
What is love, what is frustration
Wu yan di xiang dui wo shi hu yi ming bai
I seem to have understood them
Man man zou xiang ni di mian qian wo jin ni de shou
Slowly walking towards you to hold your hand
Jiang ren zhe yan lei dui ni shuo sheng zhen zhong
My enduring tears tell you what I truly cherish
Reff:
Yi wei wo men de ai hui liu chuan zai shi jian
That our love will spread to the entire world
Yi wei wo men de shi yan hui zhi dao yong yuan
That we promised to be together forever
Zhi shi zuo ye meng li de ni zao yi jing bu shi ni
I just dreamt of you last night, yet you are here no more
Cong ci wo ye bu zai shi zi ji
Since then, I no longer have you
Shen me shi ai shen me you shi wu nai
I just dreamt of you last night, yet you are here no more
Wo ye bu zai shi zi ji
I no longer have you
Reff:
Yi wei yuan fang di feng neng chui san wo de tong
The distance wind blows away my pain
Yi wei huang hun di tian bian you ke wang de wen rou
The twilight brings a tender longing
Zhi shi zhe ke dui ni de xin tong ci mei you ren neng dong
Yet, no one understands your heart
Dai zhe wo xin tong de meng piao liu
The sad dream that brings me a heart break

This MV is what I would believe Sai Man would reflect to when he had the throne. He felt that he had lost everything that he loved just for the throne. I love this MV Icha and keep on making more!
Thank you, Tammy! I'm telling you tho, it was quite depressing listening to this song over and over again to fit the MV, hence I'm glad it's posted now...
I'm still toying with a happier MV of TF, hopefully I can post it tonight or tomorrow... It's Australia Day on Tuesday, so we have a holiday on Tuesday, and it means I can stay up late again tomorrow night ^_^
Haha! I never heard of Australia Day before! Yes a happier MV of the foundation would be nicer. I have a suggestion about a happier MV. Maybe there could be a flashback to Sai Man remembering the happy times he had with his sister Lok Wan. I don't know if you life this idea but it's just a suggestion. Have a nice day Icha!
Hey that might work... Although I will be tempted to use the scene where Lok Wan left n LSM read her letter, but then it's too sad. I was planning to make an MV showing the sisterhood between Sik Sik and Madame Li, so the two themes could be combined. But what's the music? Frozen? Hahaha!
No seriously, I need to find the appropriate music. Do you know any sibling/sisterhood-themed songs? English, Cantonese or Mandarin will do. Sorry if it's too much of a trouble...
Haha! The soundtrack from Frozen will be so "perfect"! I think these ideas are great! I look forward to seeing them!
I know a song that could relate to Lok San and Sai Man. It's called, My Good Brother. It's in Chinese, in not sure if it works but it's a suggestion. I will keep on telling you songs of I see them Icha!
Hey, I'm all ears. Could you send me the link to My Good Brother please? I'll have a listen to it, see how it goes. Thanks a heap!
